After the infection! International flights will be closed until November 24, nor will domestic services

Air service is unlikely to be normal for at least another four months. Judging by the current Corona situation, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that the air situation will not be normal till next November.

Due to the Corona situation, domestic and international flights have been completely suspended since March 26. After the unlock started, 30 per cent of the flights were launched. But since then the situation has not improved so far the flight has not been normal.

So far, 30 per cent flights have not been launched in several cities. In a city like Kolkata, the airline service is closed for a few days.

At present, there is no possibility of improvement in this situation. As a result, the situation will remain the same till November 24, the Ministry of Civil Aviation said in a formal notification. According to the ministry, international flights will be closed until November 24.

The Corona situation has been deteriorating across the country since early July. Infections are on the rise, especially in densely populated cities. In many places, partial lockdowns have resumed under the pressure of the situation.

From next Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have a two-day meeting with the state chief ministers on the overall situation in the country. Just before that, the decision not to fully operate the flight until November seems to be significant enough.

A ministry official said: "There is a risk of COVID infection spreading in many cases as a result of air travel. So many state governments are still not welcoming the decision to launch air services. The situation in COVID is not improving. The ministry has made a long-term decision in this regard so that the airlines can make their own plans. "
